Manpower China: Senior Manager - GM-Operations

Location: Shanghai

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Service Delivery

Responsible for overall service delivery
Managing large team of multiple processes in the location and ensuring SLA’s and Matrices for Productivity and Quality, are met.
participate in client and management business reviews (QBRs/MBRs)
Carry the revenue and profitability target as decided by VP operation
Involve himself/herself from the time of sales pitch and ensure smooth transition.
Plan for the ramp up requirement, ensure onsite readiness from the people, process ,infrastructure and technology perspective.
Manage strong customer relationship to ensure any escalation is managed well.
Responsible for implementing tools and methods as per internal WBPO requirements
Focus on stabilizing the process and meeting the customer expectation while optimizing the cost.

B. Process Improvement
Drive process improvement measures like GB,Lean,Six Sigma. And drive Projects on quality improvements.
Create and implement best practices across all processes
Present best practices of the processes to the prospective customer.

C. People
Provide functional support and direction to the team on customer support needs.
Manage attrition and ensure succession planning
Plan career progression for employees. Prepare robust plan to track the career aspirations of top performers of the processes.
Responsible for overall team leadership

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Technical

Strong domain knowledge and experience of the Finance and Accounting field
Must have excellent understanding of Local GAP including US/UK/European and Korean GAP
Advanced knowledge of PC technology-DOS, applications and online tools especially Excel
Expert knowledge of service procedures
Strong analytical skills with an ability to solve complex problems.

Candidate Specifications

Must be an Accountant Professional (equivalent to CA/ICWA) or an MBA Finance from a premier institute
6 - 12 years of Post Qualification experience
Experience of a BPO industry/Shared services centre would be an added advantages.
