Position: General Manager, China

Location: Shanghai

Client: A multinational IT company focuses in financial solutions. Start-up in China.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of [Client Name]’s operations in China.
- Revenue generation.
- Profitability.
- Strategic planning.
- Relationship management with clients, key industry players, government bodies, etc.
- As a member of the Regional Executive for [Client Name] in Asia contribute to [Client Name]’s overall Asia strategy.

Experience:

- At least 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Experience working for a multi-national company.
- Information Technology education or experience.

Education:

- MBA, MIS or equivalent degree.

Ancillary Skills:

- Excellent English and Putonghua reading, writing and speaking skills a must.
- Leader and innovator.
- Ability to build highly effective teams.
