Job title: Globalization / Localization Onsite Program Manager

Location: Shanghai, Zhangjiang

The Globalization / Localization Practice is a new service line that is being developed within [Client Name] to address an attractive market segment.
We are looking for Globalization / Localization Onsite Programmer who can
1) Develop local delivery capability in Europe through partners and lead the delivery in Europe.
2) Work with The Business development team and guide our customers in Globalizing their products / services and identify the business opportunity for the practice.

The Program Manager will be responsible for

Ø Developing Europe based delivery capability through vendor / partner alliances and in house resources at our Romania development center.
Ø Execute the Europe based engagements successfully.
Ø Provide Delivery interface for the customers in Europe.
Ø Understanding customer Globalization requirements and help build value propositions
Ø Working with Business Development team and identifying the opportunities.
Ø Presales activities like proposal preparations, customer presentations

Qualifications:

Education and Skills: Bachelor / Masters in Engineering

Years of Experience: 8-10 Years
