Pre-sales
- Familiar with Industrial customers with solid coverage and good relationship with CXOs
- Be able to work with client executives in developing client IT strategy and tactics, which address client business needs
- As part of IT implementation tactics, be able to identify/validate opportunities and sell [Client Name] value proposition to CXOs.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese on presentation, interpersonal and documentation
- Experience in services proposal development
Delivery
- Achieve project’s objectives within timeline, cost and quality/performance constraints imposed by the sponsor
- Deliver to customer based on their requirements
- Make or force timely decisions to assure project success
- Plan, monitor and control the project through to completion

- Over 10 years of IT experience. Experience of system design and implementation of large scale, mission critical enterprise applications.
- Have a couple of years experience in defining the complete technical infrastructure environment, such as development environment design, production environment design, security requirement design, backup and recovery design, disaster recovery design, etc
- Be well knowledgeable in latest technologies in UNIX/Windows system, storage area network, directory service(e.g. LDAP/AD), cluster implementation, BCP(Business Continuity Planning), RDBMS(e.g. ORACLE/MS SQL) etc
- Be experienced in client engagement and capable of identifying root cause of system problem and resolving business and technology issues
- Be able to produce technical documentation and architecture deliverables
- Be familiar with technical architecture of some commercial packages in such as CRM(SIEBLE/SAP), EAI(IBM/BEA), SAP R/3
- Be experienced in IT strategic planning project engagement
