Manpower China: BPR/Strategy Consultant

Location: Shanghai

BPM consultants technical leadership and support for the pre-sales process, development of proposals and project management of operation strategy, enterprise Business Process Reengineering or related organization transformation projects. The object is to deliver the right technical solution at the right time at the right price. Your challenge will be to assess clients current and future systems and business requirements, and lead the team designing and integrating solutions to them such as strategy review & design, process review & design, organization review & design, corporate governance, performance management, and competency management, change management, enterprise transformation management, etc. Acting as the expert in the subject manner from concept to completion, you’ll build relationships at executive level to ensure that we deliver exactly what we promise, when it’s promised.
A university degree or MBA as a plus from China or overseas top university with fluent English and Chinese communication skills

Minimum of five years of success in operation strategy or BPR consulting, or ten year supply chain management experience in large industrial companies

Expert in operation strategy and business improvement, including supply chain planning, procurement, operation management, etc.

Expert in organization design skills for conglomerates, including corporate governance design, performance measurement development, shared services strategy, Strategic Business Unit design, etc.

Manufacturing industry insight

Understanding of ERP systems highly desired

Possess track record of helping clients achieve their business value through operational improvement project

Have a mature communication capability with senior managers in discussing complex client business issues and potential solutions

Advanced leadership skills in planning & controlling project progress, coaching & motivating project team, and networking project external relationship

Team player: Ability and willingness to motivate and mentor other consultants, act as change agent
Independence and ownership: Work with a minimum of direct supervision or guidance from others. Takes ownership for actions, seeks feedback and takes direction
