Position: Vice General Manager, Central Resource Division

Location Shanghai

Responsibilities

- Assist General Manager managing Central Resource Division with four departments: Technical Services, MIS, Configuration Management and Data Conversion totaling around 60 staff.
- Lead teams to provide professional platform service to internal users (including oversea branch offices) and clients, which including Unix platform maintenance, J2EE application software and Oracle maintenance, Help Desk and LAN Maintenance.
- Tighten up IT operation process and policy to support the smooth operation between Central Resource Division and other divisions.
- Manage detailed division operations including staff hiring, training, with strong emphasis on work discipline, quality and productivity.
- Lead the effort to enhance the consulting and service capability for Central Resource Division.

Requirements
- in computer science or related area;
- Bachelor’s degree with fluent English speaking capability (CET6 or equivalent);
- More than 2 years’ IT Operation management experience in sizeable software, service or financial company, have good capability on process enhancement and platform service delivery;
- Good communication skill, ability to persuade peer managers and senior staffs, ability to balance and make decision;
- More than five years’ experiences in people management, have experience in managing teams which has the team size of more than 30 staffs;
- Familiar with platform technology which include Unix, J2EE application server, Windows, as well as Oracle database;
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline and creativity;
- Technical Service management experience or mission critical production system support management experience is a plus;
