If u see urself as a business, u need to find the competitive advantage, biz model and etc.
Most people were carried away by life's push and pull and therefore cannot find his/her biz model, let alone to optimize it.
BTW, I am curious how a prominent self-claimed VC can have so much time watering here? I heard that most IB or VC are mired in work 25 hours a day. Help me understand.
