as both a customer and software developer. I clearly feel the customer's pain and have been conceptulizing the next generation product that solve the problem from a completely different angle compared with current softwares. I also agree with Trinity that marketing and sales are critical but i really really want to taek advantage of cheap talents in China to build my product first.
