even worse, much worse.

Capital equipment is the key, is the enabler, defines the technology node. Even you can do 45 nm node, you still have to buy stepper, ecther, process control... from the only two pla<x>yers in this field:

1. The US (AMAT, KLAC, ...)
2. Japan (Tel, Nikon, Canon...)
