Job Title: Relationship Banker
Grade: Manager/AVP
Reporting to: Head of Local Corporates Coverage, South China
Location: Shenzhen, Guangzhou
Job Summary:
Promote the bank's broad range of products, including both commercial and investment banking products, to existing and prospective clients and provide support to senior bankers for designated clients within their portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:
Spot business opportunities for the Bank in providing a wide range of services/products to large local corporate clients, marketing and selling products including ECM, DCM（equity/debt capital market 股票/债务资本市场）, structured finance, loans, derivatives and transactional banking;
Build and maintain effective access to client at all appropriate levels, including aligning internal AA colleagues to generate effective product cross-selling;
Be responsible for revenue, risk, economic capital and RAROC（Risk-Adjusted Return On Capital风险调整的收益）of client portfolio;
Co-ordinate and lead both internal and external processes to ensure smooth execution of mandated transactions.
Provide coverage support to senior bankers for designated clients within their portfolio
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum qualification of a University degree, preferably from a reputable college;
Minimum 5- 8 years sales / marketing experience in financial services industry or finance function of corporations;
Extensive knowledge about Chinese corporations, both privately-owned and state-owned companies in difference geographic areas;
Good credit analysis skills with broad understanding of commercial banking and investment banking businesses;
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
PC literate with good knowledge of MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint;
Business oriented (within defined parameters of the Bank's rules of engagement) and result driven;
Diligent work attitude with team-player mentality;
Good communication / socializing skills.
