I had fought against a small company for my wife once. She tried to resign and the boss wasn't happy. He refused to accept the resignation and refused to pay the two weeks salary. I had to go to court against his company. He has a lawyer and I was on my own. finally he paid all the salary and the filing fee. we didn't went to court as he knew he would lose the case.
here is my two cents,
1) Put everything in writing, send letter to address your concerns.
2) Don't say anything that will leave "Ba Bin". Be nice and polite, but be firm. tell he/she that you have all the legal ground and you are commited to your cause.
In your case, I don't think that you will go that far. As soon as you show your perseverance, he/she will step back.
