I am not sure what your ultimate goal is. But if you eventually want to pursue your career in China either as an entrepreneur or a senior manager, I think it is better to go back now and test the water yourself.
There are concerns associated with this decision too. Family is definitely an issue. Second, the US economy is not doing very well now and giving up a stable job represents huge opportunity cost. In addition, I assume you still want to keep the option to maintain your green card and apply for US citizenship in the future. In order to do that, you may have to stay in US for more than 50% of a year. It may be difficult for you to manage that. Finally, it would be harder for you to get a domestic job once you go overseas. I am sure you read an article about this problem on WSJ several days ago.
