xixi need to brush up knowledge about private equity industry before interview with a private equity firm managing $1billion assets and funds. The co looking for senior assoicate who has financial modelling skill, deal execution skill and contacts with sellers.
Urgent consult 各大侠，GG,MM, pls help to provide info.
How does private equity house perform in china?
what r the attractive sectors which those foreign co. are looking at?
how should i position my self what 's should I highlight as selling point?
