the people's investing rate at real estate is around 10% at most, the whole coutry wide. They are the only people who could sell if there is a "bubble". This rate is nothing compared with people who is investing at stock, in the case of stock bubble burst, everybody or nearly everybody could sell.
But no bubble doesn't mean the price will always go up, it may will flat for a while at a certain point.
