１。半导体具体细分很细，如果你指的是IDM，那Equipment最大的区别是：
1.1设备是cyclical，且是先行的，也就是说其变化要先于IDM；
1.2 设备可能是所有工业中最复杂的，进如门槛(Entrance Barrier)很高，因此崭时还不怕中国竞争。
1.3 对设备的Outlook:今年可能走平，明年也许会有起色。
你说的那几家公司，KLAC是process control的leader. 其余三家是做process equipment。
详细的business model我将以后在《半导体投资》中讨论。
