parties specifically indicated separately of such desire.
otherwise, all contributions remain private
2. for those hope to have their name disclosed, the fund
operator should publish a list of the donation contorbutors
on a regular basis (say bi-weekly or monthly)
3. The account of such fund operation should be audited by
a 3rd party who is also under the obligation by default not
to disclose any info of the auditing report to any 3rd
parties other than the committee to set up
4. a committee is to set up sitting onboard to provide
guidance and set the criteria on what category to donate
to at what amount and how to qualify being the beneciary
of donations...by voting with majorities on the board after
taking polls following suggestions/feedbacks from donation
contributors
5. the board of the committee compile quarterly, semi-annual
and annual report distributing all contributors on the total
amount and how and who were benefited...feedbacks on
the donations
now we need an auditor, an accountant to set up the account and keep the book as the treasury and to offically register as a not-for profit inc....
