take another trip for real estate opportunities there. Suzhou government is in a big deficit trouble as I heard (caused by the previous admin.) but the property prices have not come down at all. Many people from Taiwan and Korea are in town jacking up the apt. prices so not many local people can afford to buy. I didn't get any chance to do sightseeing this time and had a simple box lunch! But I had met many busienss people. Got to learn how to enjoy myself sometimes.
