are you sundicating american video productions in china market for a USA network or are you distributing chinese productions there?
if you are distributing import program contents in china, you are probably going to need to work with advertising agencies
to carry ad and offer to chinese stations to air with your ads...
i have a bunch of books on those in my own collection, but i am sure you already read them.
a successful syndication case was en-core. a chinese american left executive job with a major firm to start his own biz and his daughter was working with him, probably took over by now. that was the way to go.
