Have you done any research on Canada for the same purpose? I have been thinking about Vancouver for a few years and visited the city a few times. I love the place and the weather for the time period of March to Nov. each year but the real estate price has been keeping up for the past three years and has no sign of slowing down. The more I am waiting, the higher the price is. Hopefully the mortgage rate will be higher before long!
