We are a start-up company in Canada and distribute a Canada high-tech company's products in China. We have an office in China(I think this is similar with you).
Recently, a Local company find us and want to do OEM with us. They have similar products and technic but need expands local market. Our products are complementary in technic and target market.
We are not as strong as they think and We need to grow up in a short time. The question is how can i achieve this cooperation and gain more? We have no any experience.
