I worked in China for six years before came to USA to take my MS in Logistics in a TOP 25 B school and now is working for a major logistics company in the U.S. I have been keeping a close watch on China's logistics industry and the job market. Just some suggestions. Hope can be helpful. Sorry for the English, as I can not input Chinese.
1. First of all, Logistics is not that HOT in China as people said. Logistics has never been really hot in USA or Europe.
2. Second, a lot of so-called Logistics companies in China are not real "Logistics” companies. According to my knowledge, there are following different types of companies now naming themselves Logistics Companies.
a. Small and mid-size Chinese Freight Forwarders: Main business is actually import/export vessel booking, truck scheduling and customs clearance. Small scale, high competition, no future in most cases. They do not need high-end logistics professionals, only good sales people and good customer service people.
b. Truck companies: forget those small trucking companies. However, there are some big ones now have national or regional coverage. They also operate some warehouses. Still run in low level in term of logistics technology. No ability/or need for routing optimization, process engineering, network design, but may have need in future.
c. Multinational Logistics companies. You can check the ranking on https://glscs.texterity.com/glscs/200507/. Those are real logistics companies. They have strengths in International Freight Management or project logistics. In China, most of them focus on international freight management, a few works on project logistics with automobile industries. You may find fit in this types of companies. Need good English.
d. There are also some consulting companies out there focus on TMS and WMS, if you really have interests in Logistics Engineering and want to do some serious logistics work.
My suggestion is never go to type a or b.
Good luck
