The problem with your MOT trade is the relatively small volume on the
Jan 15 call (less than 30 contracts), which makes it difficult to scale.
BTW, real estate price for the over $2 million range in silicon
valley is still weak and generally below 2002 levels. But there is strong
support and price appreciation for those under $1.3 million. At some point the
