Key responsibilities of COO-Business
• Participate in Group strategy and annual plan design
• Track industry trend, supervision policy and macroeconomic environment, make suggestions on business development direction
• Establish the business management policies, rules, and supervise the execution
• Lead to establish the business units strategy, clarify business development direction, goals and key implementation policies, and lead the branches performance evaluation
• Build and maintain good relationship with bank HQs, government, and other financial institutions
• Build and maintain good relationship with key clients, and lead key client market expansion
• Promote the development and selling of new products
• Track and develop new business opportunities, establish the market expanding policy and promote the execution
• Facilitate cross-region collaboration and cross-selling
• Guide to build branches network
• Participate in the decision making on important investment, financing, M&A and other key issues
Job Qualification of COO-Business
• Minimum of five years working experience as Business Dept. Manager or above business management executive role in HQ of medium to large size commercial bank and as Vice President (business) or President of Branch Office of medium to large size commercial bank
• Familiar with domestic financial supervision policies, has in-depth understanding on current status and financing needs of small to medium size enterprises
• Experience in credit approval of small and medium size enterprise is preferred
• Bachelor Degree or above
• 35 years old or above
