Are you suggesting that everyone can cheat credit card companies as long as it is unsecured loans? Please don't mislead people here. This is pure fraud. Bank will take you to court! Believe me! Collection company will not get a penny if it fails to dun any bad debt. 30% of any proceeds they collect is their cut. Besides, this could be the reason to get you deported. However, if you are living outside of the States, the US laws may not be able to reach you as long as you don't come back for business or for any other reasons. Therefore, honesty is the best policy. Besides, your cheating may take a toll on people from China as a whole. (This is meant to the person cheating only $2000).
