I have no idea where you get your information from. It seems you are the one who is misleading people. I for one don’t think anyone would screw up ones credit for two grand, if you want to do it, at least make it worth a while.

The answer is yes, if one wanted to. Credit card is a lucrative business; every year there are at least 10% incomes that are set aside to cover just fraud, reinsured of course.

You have to be kidding me. Fraud is a criminal charge; banks have much better things to do with their time. Criminal charges have to be brought on by DA and what evidence can any bank provide to support this is a case of fraud? Do you have any idea at all how much such a legal proceeding will cost?

That might be true for the collection company that works for the bank. Once the debt is sold, (国内叫不良资产, it could be ten cents on a dollar) Collection company can decide whatever amount they will accept. It can also be sold again for 2 pennies on a dollar. 归去来兮 is right.

I don’t think you have any understanding when it comes to civil and criminal proceedings. There is a thing called jurisdiction, Custom does not enforce civil judgments, even a judgment is granted in civil court it is usually enforced by local agents. I have won useless judgments in court yet not be able to collect.
You are so far off the mark I don’t even think I should waste my time. I have ex-collection agent in my AR department, bring it on!!!
By the way, the list you were talking about, may I ask which one that might be? In the end, the guy asked a simple question, the answer is "don't worry about it". If you don't know the answer at least try not to mislead people. Your take on the matter should not matter. With all due respect there can be different circumstances how one can get into such a situation. It is always easier to judge others…
