cost structures and ba<x>ses. One example: GM is union but TM(D) is a non-union company. The fringe benefits are also different; the pensions, health insurance, workmen's comp insurance, 401K, the payroll structures, etc.

GM is 积重难返。If you give GM a chance to declare bankruptcy and be reborn as a young company, it will be very competitive and as profitable as TM.

Personally I never drive a Japanese car. I feel the car body is like a 7-up can, Mr. Green
