This question I ask myself many times, because I try find my idenity and try to self-evaluate and reflect periodically.The Chinese blood is full of my each vein.Several years ago I went to US alone when I was 21 and then myself was exposed to the Western culture constantly. Day by day, I can feel the subtle transformations of myself.

On one hand when I hook up American friends and amuse people around me, and I am very happy and relaxed; on the ohter hand,thenI begin feel lonely, because I realized am going on an isolated journey- the only foreigner in my social group. Crying or Very sad

Everyday, I try to handle myself professionally in American way. I am impriving myself everyday .Thirty for every good thing and curious about every new thing Razz

I am young also eager to adopt whatever good values, cultures,habits and spirits .I am not an American and not typical Chinese either , I am an Americalized Chinese.
This spring festival, I was invited to a dinner with several Chinese( I haven't been exposed to such solo Chinese environment for at least 2 years) . During the dinner, I felt I was an alien and what I could do is just eating and smile politely. Rolling Eyes

After this dinner, I swear I won't go to Chinese party any more Evil or Very Mad
