I attended a 5-day exam prep course in the company, it helped little bit, but not as much as I expected.
I have some co-worker went to exam-prep course sponsored by PMI local chapter, and said that was pretty beneficial, some PMs from real world offered their experience on passing the exam from each of the knowledge area. They even offered a CD with around 1800 mock exam questions which definitely helped them. Check with your local PMI chapter to see if they offer similar class. Also, there are training offered in university or community college which would satisfy the 35 contact hour requirement. Again, passing the exam is different from how you really manage the project in real world, however, some idea/process from PMI is useful to manage your project better. 
My personal opinion, reading Rita's book plus your experience should prepare you ready to pass the exam at least (if you dont wanna score high -- thats definitely tough to get).
