"Jianghu" has been used as it is in almost all the translations. But it takes too much time and confusion before a person of another language can understand it. My suggestion is "The World". It only means the world out there that people live and work and struggle in -- and fight in, where people mourn and cheer, where people survive and thrive, where people live and die. It also carries the conotation from the the way "The World" is used in the Bible.
We use "Jianghu" to refer not only that "world" as described above, too often we also use it to mean the business world. In any case, I think "The World" is a good translation.
