I like what you wrote and wish you could put up more like this here so we can learn from it. I am building a company in China now and only can hope not to make such mistakes. On the other hands, building processes needs time, money and more important, the right people which are the luxuries to a startup (at least to mine) unless it is done right in the first time. That is why your detailed analysis would be extremely valuable to me or anyone else out there trying to do the same. The company is lucky to have you on the team (I can’t even afford the same salary for now) and let’s just hope they are continue on doing what you started.
