Thank you very much for the great post. The problem does not exist only in Chinese start-ups. US startups have same problems. We combat this problem on a daily basis with founders/entrepreurers. This is why an expereinced manager or a good board can bring a lot of value to a start-up. It is to change the culture and set up a process. Think about why US has been successful over last two hundred years. IN US, it has a stable political system, no matter who be the president,he/she won't matter too much. Don't be so dependent on management team. A good management team should be extra bonus rather than sole factor of the business success.
