Cool down yourself first.That is normal for a growing chinese company.
You are educated and trained in oversea, where development is quite different from those in china, where every portion is build on low cost w/o central control.
I used to work in china and oversea. R&D in china is like a lab, make thing with simple tools, and piece by piece, no mass production sense and quality control. while for big oversea company products are based on mass volume, the R&D investment is huge since it will dilute after large number of products sold out. Therefore, oversea got more control on products quality and more requirement on design, testing for this kind of mass production.
Unless you can develop a mass product in china and got huge investment, then I think every engineers there are willing to put more efforts on process, documentation, quality control, then you are build a very good chinese international big company.
