Good, you are talking the manager problem, not my engineering problem. Since I am a engineer, I'd better say to much to the managers like you, that my mistake): And I'd better not talk about why a product don't have market survey, no ID, specs, resource plan, product schedule, because that is a yr manager responsibity.
The western and chinese lifestyle are quite different and exists for quite long time, they are concurrently running on two ends of this sphere for centuries. Don't expect they can merge smoothely without any pain, otherwise there won't be so many haigun want to return to china!
So does workstyle.
